A small neighbourhood, part of Île-Bizard-Sainte-Geneviève borough,  located on the northwestern part of the island, Sainte-Geneviève is bordered by the Rivière-des-Prairies, the Jacques-Bizard Boulevard, Pierrefonds Boulevard, and Blaignier Street. It is surrounded by Pierrefonds and Roxboro. Although mostly francophone, the neighbourhood also has an anglophone community. The average income is upper middle class. In Sainte-Geneviève you will primarily find houses for sale, as well as a certain number of apartments for rent. Like almost everywhere in Quebec, the area has recently seen an upsurge in the building of condos. The neighbourhood will interest those who wish to live in a calm and peaceful area.
