It has 131,000 residents, and is in the midst of a real-estate boom of sorts. The borough is surrounded by Montreal-East, Anjou, Saint-Leonard, Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie, the Plateau, Ville-Marie and the St. Lawrence River.
