Any modification to an existing announcement is subject to the same approval process and the content of the modifications submitted may also be refused with or without justification.
Any advertisement added to the site by the web interfaces allowing the creation of a new advertisement must correspond to a real estate property having the following characteristics:

• the real estate property must be real and located at the address indicated;
• the property must be located in the province of Quebec, Canada;
• it must be proposed by a natural or legal person residing in Quebec;
• it must be advertised by a person who can legitimately advertise this property as a home for sale;
• it must be unique, that is to say that an advertisement for a property must not be used to attempt to present another property for sale located in the same building or any other building, or to display several properties;

• it must be built and ready for occupancy;

As a precautionary principle, Algo 6 may stop displaying an ad following complaints regarding the quality, legitimacy, veracity or any non-compliance with or more of the points listed above.
Algo 6 reserves the right to remove any advertisement, service, message or user account without justification, if it deems the content or behavior concerned to be non-compliant with its policies. Any content (information, text or image) may also be deleted, modified or refused.
The user of the site is responsible for the proper functioning of his email address, any information he provides to the site, and the rights of use on the editorial material he transmits to the site, including images.
If the email account submitted by the advertiser is invalid or ceases to function properly, the user account will be marked as inactive on the site and any advertisement using this email account will be deleted without notice.

 

PRIVACY POLICY 

All personal data we collect remains confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

Subscription to real estate alerts:
Only electronic addresses (email addresses) explicitly provided by users are collected and stored by Algo 6 when subscribing to real estate alerts. Any user can unsubscribe from these alerts at any time using explicit links included therein. These addresses are not sold or given to third parties.

Information request forms:
Real estate project pages displayed on the site include information request forms. The information inserted in this form is transmitted to relevant third parties, i.e. the advertisers of the projects displayed, in order to put users of the site in contact with commercial companies.
By using these information request forms, you agree to communicate to third parties the personal information you have entered therein.
Copies of messages are kept confidentially in our database for 6 months for archival purposes, then destroyed.

You have the right to access your personal data that we hold, to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and to delete it. Any request to delete data will be processed as quickly as possible. The person responsible for personal information is Denis Sauvé.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in this province and is interpreted in accordance with these laws. The courts of Quebec have sole jurisdiction to hear any case relating to this agreement.
