Founded in 1987, Mascouche-based promoter and builder Les Constructions Lapointe & Guilbault has spent more than 30 years in the real estate industry. The business was first founded by Normand Lapointe; his daughter Josée took over the company in 1991, accompanied by François Guilbault. They have won top prizes from Gala Habitation several times over as well as many other industry prizes.
