Description
Le Groupe Montclair is a family and experienced builder already working on a third generation. Proud of its portfolio developed in the Nuns' Island, Tremblant and Anjou, the company is now concentrating its efforts on the Bois-Franc development plan, the largest integrated residential project in Montreal. Montclair was part of the initial team in 1994 and plans to continue offering townhouses and condominiums for several more years. The company shares the construction work with Sotramont.
Groupe Montclair won tthe Domus award in 2016 in the field Builder of the year.
